This piece stems from many conversations over the last couple of years about internal perception colliding with the perceptions of others....what we see about ourselves is often swayed by our fears and insecurities.
Again, this one deals with internal perception. However, in this drawing the central character, aware that she is beautiful, simply wants to know she is loved...but how can she be loved by others if she doesn't see her own worth?
Lastly for today sometimes we forget that one man's love is another man's dinner.In two weeks I'll be back with a lot more new pieces as soon as I get the damn scanner fixed.
